      Pros

      I worked there part time while going to school and the office manager was very accommodating with my school schedule.

      Cons

      The sales people and the office staff were often not on the same page. It seemed like it was every man for them self. The day to day operation would have run more smoothly if everyone was working together instead of just looking out for them selves.

      They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

      Cons

      Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
