      Pros

      There's a potential but often discouraging chance to make money. By the time you ad up your hours to wage, it's a little sad for starters.

      Cons

      Commission based sales is great, but here they practice when business is slow, add more sales people. Make them hungry.

      They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

      Cons

      Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
