      Pros

      They have a complimentary design program for customers that helps the customer create a professional & customize look for their home. This helps the build the sale for the consultant.

      Cons

      Too rigid & not enough autonomy for the sales consultants. Feels like management is constantly looking over your shoulders making sure you have no free time.

      They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

      Cons

      Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
