If your lead or supervisorwas gone, t you had to wait until the next day to ask for assistance. This was a employeeand customer nightmare. We can easily call TX management for assistance. Also, we couldn't use Teams Chat to TX for assistance. I was using CHAT features in 2003, 20 years earlier while working at a credit card company. I made the suggestion when the CEO came and asked for feedback. I advised we should use chat too. I was there for 8 months due to lack of supervision, training, and passive-aggressive management.
