really amazing total comp and package

The production teams are great people

Office people and HR department runs the company. If your not in the office you don't matter. I was a 20 year employee and they treated me like I was nothing. The HR department has no integrity for the employees. They use their policies how ever they see fit to whom ever they want. I was a high paid employee for years then Havis bought us out and in a short time they gave me trumped up charges of attendance and using the punch in system wrong. They allowed supervisors to use the ADP website to pinch in and when HR didn't realize we could punch in from anywhere, they gave us disciplinary actions. This is a bad company to work for, if you don't fit their ever changing mold then you will be let go.
