Family owned business who treats their employees like they are part of the family, with great respect and support. All my colleagues are good people, conscientious, thoughtful, hard working, and lift each other up. No office politics.

When big projects, like a new product, are occurring it really overloads all departments. Instead of hiring on additional help or temp help all departments must shoulder the additional workload.
