Pros
Well-structered company with a strong sense of community Usually the communication b/w departments is very good Flexible work life and family-oriented Appropriately handled the Covid-19 pandemic. There was a seamless shift to working from home which as appreciated.
Cons
Do not expect your wages to increase over time. Responsibilitieis will often increase each year while wages stay the same or " increase" by 1-2% to cover some inflation. This typically is viewied as your yearly "raise" for your hard-work. Explaining financial struggles and dissatisfaction in this regard will be set aside by management until "next year". Not much vertical movement in the company.
