Fast paced growth, with a lot of change happening. Customers are all great

Cons

There's no real negatives. It's a job! The company constantly reminds you of their core values... but they tend to adhere to those values which is nice.

When big projects, like a new product, are occurring it really overloads all departments. Instead of hiring on additional help or temp help all departments must shoulder the additional workload.
