      Pros

      The retirement is excellent with an option for an employee stock purchase plan. All employees, companywide, are happy to help anyone at any level with issues they may run into. Hawkins continues to grow and that often creates opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      With being a customer service-based business, there are times where overtime is needed on short notice to meet our customers' needs.

      Generous pay plan, average benefits, safety and tools to get the job done are top notch.

      Cons

      Insurance is average could be better.
