Pros

If you join a site with good coworkers and manager you may be able to be far enough away to ignore some of the toxic mess.

Cons

This company is a floundering mess. There are no seasoned leaders, the executives all came from small or family company with no leadership training. The COO has no clinical trial experience yet acts like the smartest person in the room at all times on all topics. It feels like they are all playing house, which means decisions are made based on gut feeling of the day or if you are their pet of the month, so true experts are ignored. If you work at a site, you will hear and feel the unhappiness from your site leader like we do. If you work at corporate you will see and feel the tension and awkwardness as decisions change weekly and your confusion/frustration grows. The culture is toxic and diversity awareness/inclusion/sensitivity is lacking as witnessed by executive comments, especially for a company preaching diversity as a mission. Acquired companies should beware, the team you meet during pre-conversations does not follow through to the promises you will see once acquired. This company should be sold to a seasoned company with true professional executives making sound business and employee decisions, or we should have the option to go back to an independent site since the executive's involvement is only making us worse. You have been warned.
