Pros

The ability to be remote. Having peer groups to discuss is amazing. Direct clinician staff is open, knowledgeable and understanding.

Cons

Since the addition of chief officers of everything, the therapist are now expected to work more and complain less. Therapist are reminded of their numbers and forced into punitive contracts. What once was great, is now gone. Clinicians were supported which allowed for greater client care. Now it’s a numbers game. The pay is based on client hours not client numbers. Expectations of having 25 Client hours can really translate over to have 32+ clients a week. And only then that’s when the pay is decent. Anything less than that, you are better off working somewhere else that values each client individually and supports clinicians giving excellent client care whether it is for 45,52 or 53 minutes.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you valued the peer collaboration, support from your direct clinical team, and the flexibility of remote work—those are foundational elements of our model and remain central to how we operate. That said, we want to be clear: our compensation structure is based on billed hours—not client volume—and the expectation of 25 billed hours per week is one that the majority of our clinicians meet without exceeding a sustainable caseload. Bonus eligibility and salary consistency are tied to these clear, ethical benchmarks—not punitive measures. We’re proud of a model that prioritizes both access to care and clinician stability. While we understand that this level of structure may not be the right fit for everyone, it reflects our ongoing commitment to integrity, accountability, and high-quality mental health care. We wish you all the best in your continued work.

Pros

Licensed therapist with a W-2 position

Cons

Company completely misrepresents themselves. They are another virtual company that is only concerned about numbers with no true empathy for their therapist. Schedules are not flexible, micromanaging, client are not tailored to therapist speciality, lots of unpaid work/admin time, pressure to maintain hours. Company will hold client's cancellations against their therapist. Burn out position. No increase in rate and the company will not consider a pay increase yearly even for the increase standard cost of living. Other companies are offering higher rates. Benefits but cost for employees is higher than going through private.
