What once was great, is now gone. Clinicians were supported which allowed for greater client care. Now it’s a numbers game.
The pay is based on client hours not client numbers. Expectations of having 25
Client hours can really translate over to have 32+ clients a week. And only then that’s when the pay is decent.
Anything less than that, you are better off working somewhere else that values each client individually and supports clinicians giving excellent client care whether it is for 45,52 or 53 minutes.
