Pros

There are no benefits whatsoever

Cons

No one needs this company and it’s micromanagement, strict rules, extra documentation, untrustworthy managers who are out to create a ‘yes man’ culture. No one needs the demand for productivity or monitoring to make sure you are bringing in their money. No one needs their surprise firing, I watched them blindside several people and fire them out of the blue. I quit. Go into private practice for yourself, it’s easier than you think and the freedom from this company feels amazing. I will never regret leaving. I am so happy I took the plunge into private practice. I’m thriving after 3 months and betterhelp is an easy back up plan that leaves you alone.

We want to be clear: this is a structured clinical setting with clearly defined expectations, including maintaining 25 billed hours per week. The majority of our clinicians meet or exceed this target consistently. Success here does not require compromising integrity—our bonus structure is based on transparent and ethical performance criteria. While we understand that our standards around productivity and accountability may feel demanding, they are essential to delivering consistent care to clients and supporting salaried clinicians with comprehensive benefits. Allegations of arbitrary or surprise terminations do not reflect our internal processes, which include oversight and documentation. We recognize that not everyone will align with our model, and we wish you continued success in the path you’ve chosen.

Pros

Great bonuses and base pay, and really kind staff and people to work with!

Cons

Very sales-like in the need to get clients to sign up for appointments, bonus based on your performance.

Pros

Licensed therapist with a W-2 position

Cons

Company completely misrepresents themselves. They are another virtual company that is only concerned about numbers with no true empathy for their therapist. Schedules are not flexible, micromanaging, client are not tailored to therapist speciality, lots of unpaid work/admin time, pressure to maintain hours. Company will hold client's cancellations against their therapist. Burn out position. No increase in rate and the company will not consider a pay increase yearly even for the increase standard cost of living. Other companies are offering higher rates. Benefits but cost for employees is higher than going through private.
