Pay was good, however they do not take in account years of NP experiance.

Cons

Micro-management. Was told in the interview no commute over an hour, however this is untrue. Cannot take PTO during a holiday week. NPs have to make up holiday coverage when they are off. Holidays are now a burden, fitting five days of work to four days due to being off. If it snows forget it, you are expected to still see patients no matter how inconvenient. No judgement on frequency of visits, everyone has to be seen weekly. Not a good fit for an experienced NP.

Good healthcare plans at affordable price

Cons

No one in this company knows what is going on. Departments that should be in sync have no idea what is going on. Getting a response from management or HR is like pulling teeth. Programs are ran more by trial and job risk than actual metrics before onboarding.
