      Certain co-workers were cool, good to work with.

      Cons

      New management came in, not knowing the industry at all, and tried to push bad policies on workers who had been there forever. Borderline harassing management. Laid off many good employees who tried to voice their valuable opinions on industry solutions.

      Coworkers help each other when needed

      Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
