      They are very welcoming at this company. Very supportive and organized with training. They also have great benefits that should their appreciation of their employees. There is also free coffee in the break room which is a plus.

      Coworkers help each other when needed

      Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
