      Pros

      Pay was competitive, there is flex time and work from home availability, and in-house cafe. I'm struggling to meet the 20 word minimum here.

      Cons

      Horrible micromanagers, very light and boring workload for experienced developers looking for a fast paced and challenging environment, a development team that has very few members interested in embracing new technologies. The leadership and direction has been decided long ago so don't expect to have any actual input. West acquisition some years ago also continues to make staff changes and raise job security concerns.

      Coworkers help each other when needed

      Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
