Health Advocate offers a lot of help and advice if you need it. It has gave me the opportunity to learn different things with in the health care industry. It has also gave me the ability to strengthen my computer skills as well as communication. There are many benefits offered and the ability to broaden your horizons. This has been a life changing experience and I am grateful for it.

Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
