      Great product that truly helps people. You get to work with some terrific people who are truly great at what they do.

      Cons

      When it was bought by West we became part of a much larger company, and that has been an adjustment.

      Coworkers help each other when needed

      Cons

      Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
