Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I agree that the work we do here really does matter. We impact so many lives on a daily basis, we help those who may have felt hopeless, and we appreciate your contribution to that mission and our purpose. However, I do have to disagree with you that our operations quotas are arbitrary. We make competitive commitments to our members and our clients, and as you know, our quotas directly correlate with providing the best service to our members - without them we would cease to have a job to do to begin with. I am always interested in learning more about the experiences our employees have here, if you would like to share any suggestions, please feel free to reach me at HMintzer@healthadvocate.com. Pros

Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
