Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I agree that the work we do here really does matter. We impact so many lives on a daily basis, we help those who may have felt hopeless, and we appreciate your contribution to that mission and our purpose. However, I do have to disagree with you that our operations quotas are arbitrary. We make competitive commitments to our members and our clients, and as you know, our quotas directly correlate with providing the best service to our members - without them we would cease to have a job to do to begin with.
