It was n easy job to get.

Cons

Everything else. We were overworked and bossed around rudely by tyrannical management.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I am sorry that your overall experience with us was not great. Working in a high-volume environment can be stressful and overwhelming at times, especially during our busiest seasons. I see that you listed yourself as a current employee, but you mention being here 4 years ago, so I am not sure if you’re still here or not. However, I want to share with you that we have revamped our recruiting strategies and processes, we are constantly hiring and looking to bulk up our team to reduce the workload for others. Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
