Good afternoon, I appreciate you taking the time to fill this out and provide some insight to your experience. I am happy that you have had a great experience with your coworkers, our team really does go above and beyond for one another. I wish your experiences with management were better - I am not sure which role you were in, but we do provide Work From Home options to a multitude of our employees - I can personally attest to a significant amount of our employees working from home during even the most minor of snow storms - let alone 2-3 feet of snow. I am genuinely interested in hearing more about your experience here. Specifically, I would be interested in learning more about what employees need to do their job that we do not provide - as there is a chance we could change that going forward.
