Pros

The amount of paid time off is generous. Overall certain departments are easy to work with and co-workers were easy to get along with. Supervisors you could always go to for help.

Cons

The pay was low, but not receiving a raise after a full year made matters worse especially when quality work had been demonstrated. Certain departments made the job a lot more frustrating than it had to be. There were unrealistic expectations to uphold daily. There was zero room for growth only to move into different departments of the company.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with these valuable insights! I am sorry that your experience with our merit system and development were not positive. We issue merit based on employee performance and behaviors on an annual basis. I am not sure when your employment ended with us, however, we did issue Merit for all qualified employees in August 2018. As far as development goes, you may be happy to hear that we have rolled out an entirely new internal "university" where our current employees can access content ranging from podcasts to courses and even eBooks for furthering their knowledge in whichever area they choose (from benefits and management, to marketing and sales.) Thank you again for providing us with this review, we strive to use all of our feedback to improve the experience our employees have here. Pros

Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
