I apologize that your experience with us is not great and that you feel as though we do not care about our employees.
Working within a call center is busy, it’s demanding, and it can be overwhelming, especially during periods where we are understaffed. While I’m aware I can’t change your past experiences, I do want you to know that we have revamped our recruiting strategies and hiring process. In comparison to previous years, we have hired more people earlier this year already in hopes to reduce the stress of the workload during our busy times and we are continuing to actively pursue candidates to support our teams. This is something we are proud of, and our current employees are noticing these improvements as well.
Additionally, we have always engaged our employees in recognition lunches and events on a regular basis. However, I do understand that people like to be recognized in different ways.
