Pretty much everything. Low pay scale and the work is loaded on! Management will engage in falsehoods when you are hired, giving you a low ball on the work load. Once you start working, the work is piled on. It's expected you work overtime to catch up with unrealistic work load. You'll be doing the work load of of (3) employees. Management also engages in bully tactics, they know best and will dictate and micromanagement to you constantly. The director of service operations has been witnessed to scream and curse out employees. She has a slogan sign in her office, "Save time, assume I'm right". Pretty much says it all! Terrible work/life balance, morale here is one of despondency. There is no value placed on employees or initiative here. There is little training and no continuing improvement. The highlight of your experience here will be orientation. Turnover is through the roof and management doesn't care! Management has no formal education in management science, are unprofessional, and mistake micro-management for continuing education. There is no information sharing to employees, no transparency, no departmental meetings; you're just a peon, no matter what position you're in. Atmosphere is punitive, if an issue arises with a result on a case, the employee is found to always be at fault.
