Newer Management is clueless - Specialist Health Advocate Employee Review

Hello, and thank you for leaving us with these valuable insights. As you know, we operate in a very complex industry, and there is a lot of information and a lot of moving parts. While I understand your frustration with not having all of the tools you need to do your job, I disagree that our management team is clueless. We hire supervisors and managers with a heightened focus on benefits and claims knowledge applied to an office setting. However, with any new role, there is a learning curve expected, which does take some time.
