Pros

Great supervisors, work at home 1 assigned day per week

Cons

Upper level management doesn’t care about the work/life dept. WL gets stuck with a lot of work, while care managers are congratulated for everything.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback as a current employee in our Work-Life Department. Please note that I immediately reached out to your department supervisor to learn more about the communication and work flow. They were not aware of a disconnect existing but we are actively working on improving this for you and your co-workers. Since you are a current employee, I always suggest bringing up concerns to your direct supervisor or HR so we can address any issues that exist. This is usually more effective for HR than working backwards from Glassdoor reviews. If you need anything additional, do not hesitate to reach me at HMintzer@healthadvocate.com. Thank you! Pros

Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
