Pros

I worked here to gain skills as a wellness coach, just out of school. The environment is very corporate and its a call center environment. All the coaches are great and the office set up is quite nice even though you work in a cubicle.

Cons

Call Center so you are always having to be micromanaged from supervisors who have to be reviewed as well for their performance so its a trickle down effect and a lot of fear in the environment. Its a bit better as they are trying to retain their employees but its difficult to coach when you are being monitored although you can use your own personal style which is nice and the clients are really great. I have helped so many people , but the salary does not reflect my hard work and success rate.

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
