Good afternoon, Thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback I would have to agree that our team is wonderful to work with and we really do care about one another. Teamwork is a huge part of our success and collaboration is key. I am sorry that your experience with pay and PTO have not been positive. I think our paid time off is pretty flexible, we grant employees sick leave, vacation time, and floating holidays. Not to mention we have numerous days, including Black Friday and Christmas Eve, considered paid holidays.
