Hello - thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear that you have nothing good to say about Health Advocate. I understand that as a "research" associate, one may think they will be doing a lab-based job. However, the role itself is research, just a different type of research that helps our members locate and connect with providers that can assist them with their needs. I am open to any and all suggestions on a more appropriate job title that would fit the responsibilities of the role Please reach out to me at hmintzer@healthadvocate.com Howie Mintzer HR Business Partner

Pros

Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
