Good morning, I appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback with us I agree that Health Advocate provides such a vital service to our employer groups and members, it’s not to know that the job you do each day has a purpose! Thank you for contributing to, and being a vital part of, that service. I understand that the job can be tedious and seem heavily numbers driven. As with any business, our members and employer groups are one of our top priorities, they are the reason we exist in the first place. As such, our numbers are very important. If you have suggestions on better ways to balance the numbers-driven perception, I would love to hear them! Likewise, if you have suggestions for improving our training, please let me know.
