      Pros

      No weekend or holiday. Low stress.

      Cons

      Nurses are not valued. They are responsible for everything, even things they can't control. Told must take lots of calls but then are picked apart if there's a complaint.

      Coworkers help each other when needed

      Cons

      Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
