nothing about working here is good, please don't trap yourself

Cons

Everything is micromanged, they will make you sell your soul for their members no matter how stupid the request is, management offers no help and leaves you out to dry and then complains when things don't get done in a timely manner, wages are so low you're better working in retail, raises are non-existent

Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
