The training is too much. You have quizzes and they treat it like school. Plus you MUST pass their exams. I feel as though they do not give you a chance. It is not good

Good morning, Thanks for providing us with this feedback. I am glad you had a great experience overall. Our training is extensive in order to provide the best service to our members and clients. Our trainers work very closely with our new hire classes - as such, our failure rate for these exams is extremely low. I am sorry your experience was not great. Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
