Highly Toxic Company - Anonymous employee Health Advocate Employee Review

I worked at Health Advocate for over 10 years, through two acquisitions, and watched an incredible company go very far down hill. Back in 2013 it was a wonderful place to work, with fun , caring leadership. Today, it is a cold, cut-throat environment across many departments, the benefits are among the worst I've seen, the pay is insultingly low compared to industry standards, it's just very bad. Most people are actively looking for another company to work for. It's so sad, because the company was started by wonderful people with great intentions, but unfortunately they are all gone and those times are too.
