Pros

I didn't see too many pros with this company. Good pay

Cons

They micromanage, they do not give any accolades to their employees. If you don't have a life at all the evening shift would be your best bet. I have gotten written up for the most adolescent things I would recommended this position to anyone wanting to be a robot for a company. This is not for someone wanting a regular 9-5

Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
