I am sorry that your experience with training was not as great as you had hoped. Health Advocate is constantly growing and as such, we are always hiring. With our demand for staffing, we can't always wait to have a full class of nurses, or benefits associates to run a solo training. The training we provide is general to start and gets more specific to your position as it progresses. I will pass your feedback on to see if there are gaps we can address to better prepare you for the floor.
