      The supervisors are nice The benefits are good

      Cons

      They tend to have lower staffing so there’s extra workload on the staff and they won’t hire help they’d rather spend time and create more work on computer systems to do the work instead

      Coworkers help each other when needed

      Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
