      Can be rewarding at times. The company management can be very flexible with personal time needs. Great if you have family that you love.

      Cons

      Can be stressful. Sometimes I feel there is a disconnect between the company expectations and the amount of time you are expected to complete them in.

      Coworkers help each other when needed

      Cons

      Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
