They do provide remote work.

Cons

This is a call center environment. Serious micromanagement and it's all about the metrics. They do not give time to properly manage your cases. Push calls all the time. Some supervisors communication was unprofessional.

Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
