Pros

My co-workers were good to work with, the paid time off was good, and we did get monthly bonus' at times depending on the number of calls we took.

Cons

No room for advancement, everyone was not treated equal across the boards, and they are very very strict with who you call, how you document it, etc.

Coworkers help each other when needed

Cons

Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
