      Pros

      The products are amazing and the people behind them are really wonderful, fully supporting the goal of the company to make healthcare easier and more cost effective for our members. As an employee, we receive access to all products and services Health Advocate has to offer and I have used a few of them and have been impressed. My team is thoughtful, innovative, supportive, and forward thinking.

      Cons

      Some leaders seem to be more innovative and forward thinking, while others are set in their ways and resist change which could be hindering the potential growth of the company.

      Coworkers help each other when needed

      Cons

      Pay is terrible for the position. The company provided half an annual raise in 2025 with the promise of the other half in 2026 to align raises with reviews, but then froze all raises. Did not get more than 1.5% raise, but upper management keeps getting promotions with bumps in pay. Metrics are the only thing cared about. Managers micromanage and provide inconsistent and conflicting advice.
