Some cons come with a growing company. The biggest thing I see right now is a lot of shuffling to try keep up with growth. This means pulling people off of their current teams to fill in gaps elsewhere, which could lead to problems in the future. I do have faith in the leadership team to figure this out.
Another con is that it seems you can have drastically different experiences depending on which team you land, particularly with onboarding. Some teams may not offer much guidance which can lead to frustration.
