Thank you for your comments, and your transparency in sharing your feedback. One of the things that keeps me up at night is better training for our managers, as we have grown incredibly quickly, and management/leadership skill is not innate, it is something that must be practiced and learned. We are working hard to provide real support to our leaders such that all become effective at leading those within their groups. As with most things, this is a work in progress, and we appreciate you keeping us on task with the important issue. Regarding your pay, I would suggest you have a discussion with your manager in a thoughtful, reasonable way. There could be several reasons for the above (including the ones you already mentioned), but you should feel confident in your ability to have an open conversation about this topic with your manager, without fear of he or she taking it the wrong way.
