Thank you so much for your comments, and I will say that I most appreciated your comment in your "cons" section where you stated, "I trust it was the best thing to do". Achieving a level of credibility with our team at large such that we feel there is a broad level of trust from the organization is SO critical. And it is hard for companies to do. It is hard for us as a Leadership Team, as a collection of imperfect people with our own strengths and weaknesses, to do this consistently and well. We are going to make mistakes. And I agree, we still need to let the dust settle on the reorg to see if we are still headed down the right path. The fact that we can approach our challenges, big and small, with an attitude of "we are in this together", will really be the difference, I think, in our ability to make the right pivots when needed to stay successful.
