As I have studied the data on the drivers of team member engagement, it is clear to me that a team member's positive experience with their manager is central to enabling very high engagement levels. We will continue to focus in this area.
I also appreciate your feedback regarding the central importance of keeping our improvement-focused mission at the center of everything we do. We are working to find ways to consistently accelerate this focus at each client, and I acknowledge the challenges we face where clients often have other needs that are pressing that, in order to be a great partner to them, we often need to help with. So it is a balancing act, to be sure.
