Pros
The company: Health Catalyst is by far the best place I have ever worked. The CEO, development teams, and supporting staff are all fantastic. The core values of the company are really what drive decision making and compassion for others in the field. Its a place where everyone holds each other to their word and has an open flow collaboration network.
I cannot recommend the CEO enough - they hold monthly 'Talk to the Leadership' meetings to answer questions both in and outside the company which is really refreshing to see.
The development team: I worked with a tight knit group of developers on the desktop software development team. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend working with this company solely on experience of working in software development. They hold times for 'Innovation' which is a free thinking setting in development to see if you can better develop a feature or come up with something entirely new to help - outside of the normal sprint routine which I thought was pretty incredible.
The team is very knowledge, collaborative, and understanding - they are abreast of current technologies and expand on them to meet their needs.
Overall, I will miss working at this company based on the time spent on projects and the people I worked with.

Really there are none other than the internship not being longer :(
