Thank you also for your encouraging words that you've found much about Health Catalyst to be as good or better than you perceived them to be before joining. I also appreciate your feedback about career progression -- we need to keep working here, to try to fulfill the promise that every solidly-performing team member should have a sense for a bright career future at Health Catalyst, which should include, on average, the opportunity to qualify for a company-needed promotion every 3-4 years, inclusive of expanded responsibilities and increased compensation.
I also appreciate your advice to continue to strive to stay true to our word. Earning the trust of our team members takes consistent performance over a long, sustained period, and losing that trust can happen very quickly. I never want to do anything that would erode that trust, and will strive to work hard every day as an advocate for team members, to hopefully reinforce that trust in the days, weeks, months and years ahead.
