Thank you also for your feedback regarding the importance of competitive compensation and benefits, and the need for us to make progress here. I agree. Per yesterday's all team member discussion, we're excited to be taking specific actions in the coming weeks and months to make meaningful progress here, including with the 2021 companywide bonus payout which will be available around March 1, the companywide annual equity grants also available to you in early March, companywide base salary increases as of April 1, the promotions cycle applicable in April, and the 401(k) match percentage increase to 4% as of July 1. All these efforts are in recognition of team members' central contributions to the company's success, and are in addition to the companywide spot bonuses we provided in Q3 and in Q4 of last year to each team member.
