Thank you for the review, and for your constructive feedback regarding a method for providing sensitive feedback anonymously to the company. I agree that we need a mechanism to better manage this communication. I would offer two thoughts on this. First, I would say that we would always prefer that any sensitive, non-public, or confidential information or feedback that needs to be shared with the company should be shared in confidence directly with the appropriate people, rather than shared anonymously. These situations where sensitive information is needed to be shared invariably involve complexity, and the ability to ask clarifying questions, and receive additional context is valuable to addressing the situation. We don't wish to deter people from sharing information anonymously if they feel they have no other recourse, but we feel best practice generally is to receive information directly. I also hope that we can foster an environment and culture where team members feel comfortable sharing issues in confidence without fear of retribution. I am personally committed to maintaining such confidences, and would invite anyone to trust me with any information that they feel would be helpful to share, and I will work very hard to be worthy of that trust.
Second, we will be looking at ways/mechanisms that we can put in place to provide anonymous ways for individuals to communicate issues if so desired.
Thank you again for the great feedback and request!
