Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad you’ve found value in the relationships you made within our company—our people are truly at the heart of everything we do.
That said, I am saddened to hear that you’ve encountered individuals who are not living up to our cultural attributes. Our core operating principles build on our commitment to fostering a workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity; no one should feel that they are working in the type of environment that you described. I’m sorry that was the case for you, and I sincerely hope you were comfortable enough to share these concerns with People Operations.
In addition, I want to address your concerns about compensation and benefits. At Health Catalyst we are committed to working toward paying above-market rates, targeting the 65th percentile for all core team member positions, which represent nearly 90% of our workforce. While we’ve communicated that we will need a few years to get every core team member to that 65th percentile level, we’ll continue to prioritize this each annual planning cycle.
